We run young person-centred mentoring, with each mentoring placement bespoke to the individual young person. Each young person has different needs, and we provide the tools for them to make effective change.
Our programme matches young people with appropriate mentors, based on experience, skills, interests, hobbies, and personalities. Our skilled mentors from the start establish a healthy, and professional relationship assessing the needs of the young person. We will then move a young person from point A to B, creating affective change.
