From our youth workers to fundraisers and our catering team to our cleaning team and beyond, young people will benefit from the guidance and support of passionate individuals.
Youth Work
The team behind 224 are an incredible group of youth workers who are already embedded in the south Bristol area and have a deep understanding of the issues affecting our young people.
While their main place of work will be at 224, youth workers work where young people are – delivering outreach programmes in schools and colleges or out in our local communities.
While the space, facilities, equipment, and opportunities in the physical building are amazing, the true impact comes from the life-changing youth work which reaches beyond the four walls.
Our youth workers build trusted relationships with young people as they understand their unique challenges, and connect on a more personal, relatable level.
This enables them to provide support, guidance, and mentorship to help them navigate various life situations. They play a crucial role in empowering young individuals to overcome obstacles make positive choices and reach their full potential.
